Brief Description

Looking to build at least two (2) mutant vehicles for Burning Man and other festivals. The goal is to combine electric scooters with vintage 1980s Kawasaki stand-up jet skis to make small art cars. Would like to add lighting (LED, LCD, etc) and flames, if possible.
