The goal of this artwork project is to tell a story of the Waianae, Oahu area and enhance the exterior of the Waianae Police Station Replacement building. The artwork project location is established as the decorative band area, which covers an area 65 feet wide by five feet high, between the first and second floors on the building’s east elevation.
