Brief Description

The City of Palm Desert is seeking an approximately 12 feet high by 8 feet wide tile or glass mural to be installed on one of two exterior walls of the complex’s multipurpose room (the selected artist will choose on which wall to work). The mural must be durable and sustainable in temperatures up to 120 degrees on a regular basis in the summertime. The mural must incorporate the life of Carlos Ortega, former Palm Desert City Manager, into the artwork. Artists are encouraged, but not required
