Client: Shapack, Focus, Gensler and Johalla Projects

Overview

Shapack, Focus, and Gensler collaborated with Johalla Projects to launch Fulton’s market’s first video exhibition program at 167 Green with inaugural artwork “WA/ONDER” by Bob Faust. It is a digital text work about the beauty and strength of entanglements heard through your eyes. Formally the letters themselves and their positions relative to one another become an instrument, like the keys of a piano, to annotate, animate, contextualize and amplify the word sequence.

Goals

The goal was to activate The Mews of a new mixed use building in Chicago's Fulton Market District with the neighborhoods first projection installation program.
