Process
My role in this project was to film and photograph fabricators, artists, design teams, and construction crews that renovated work spaces in 3 major cities over 2 years. This work began in 2020 when these office spaces were nearly empty and social distancing was mandated. Interviewing artists and designers whose work was stifled during this time was crucial to tell the story of adding meaningful art and design to a place where people may return to after such an unfamiliar experience with the pandemic. We successfully created a ~4-minute narrative short highlighting the entire NYC installation of 25+ artists, walk-through videos for 3 other major cities, and photography from process through completion.
Having this project documented allowed for the artists' and designers' visions to be amplified and for people experiencing the spaces to have context that immerses them in it.
Our photos and videos are featured in major publications from this project.
