Client: Healthcare Institution

Overview

I designed a series of colorful dimensional vessels to brighten a stairwell of a medical office. They are 20 x 30 x 4 inches and 18 x 24 x 4 inches cut from anodized aluminum with painted surfaces. They are lightweight and use security hardware for mounting.

Goals

I worked with the art consultant and designer to selected a rainbow array of color and switching out detail colors for each vessel repeating some imagery and pattern but varying each piece to create one of a kind work.

Process

I developed samples with detail colors for the client to review. The designer placed the pieces on the elevation and selected colors from my samples.
