Goals

Vessel, fabricated with 336 concentric glass circles responds to the building’s architecture and evokes the work place’s responsibilities, oversight of the municipal water district. This over-sized sculpture is easily viewed from the street, the building’s courtyard and from the interior of the building through its glass facade and provides a brilliant burst of light, color and beauty into the corporate space.
