Overview
Various residential commissions created for unique requirements: lenticular (3D) nature and bird inspired 72″x48″ photograph, ceiling mounted acrylic semi-transparent painting with stainless steel hardware and water front property Martha's Vinyard home “Splash” oil and encaustic painting.
Goals
Various projects were commissioned with this designer for multiple homes and designs
Process
Encaustic paintings offers texture and luminosity when combined with oil paint. Acrylic constructions allow light to pass through adding to the weightlessness of the figure painting in a wall niche. The lenticular (3D) bird photograph mimics the movement of nature close by in the water front property and complements the contemporary interior design.
