Overview

The School of Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin is an incubator for the next wave of design professionals in the universe. ZD was delighted to have the opportunity to affect their learning environment by incorporating a signature storytelling program throughout the new Nancy Nicholas Hall. From interactive and historical exhibitory to graceful wayfinding systems and evocative donor recognition design, this signature college at the University of Wisconsin is coloring the minds of the students that will color our future.

Goals

The Dean of the school had two goals for our team- Honor 100 Women whose commitment to the School of Human Ecology assured a vibrant future for the school, and artfully infuse wayfinding throughout the building to delight building users in unexpected locations.
