Overview
A set of 14 solid oak typographic tree columns set within Crawley Library, Sussex, England. Workshops with users of the library were held to gather information on peopleās favourite books, places and memories. Using this content, artist Gordon Young worked with typographers Why Not Associates to design the columns. Each column reflects a different subject ā from the gothic to the romantic and are sited in relevant locations within the library.
