Overview
These 3 tree like sculptures are made of steel with a polished concrete surface. The canopies are hand forged and powder coated. Each top has custom casted glass leaves attached. They stand nearly 14′ tall.
Goals
The goal was to use a parking lot to exhibit public sculptures. In hope to create a artistic environment and a place to remember. Also to create a landmark in an up and coming area.
Process
Cartel Properties gave me the opportunity to create my designs at a large scale. I helped create a outdoor gallery to sell commissioned work. We worked together to create a environment thats creates imagination, remembrance and knowledge of public art.
