Overview
” The Vision of the Harbor Guardian” was specifically created for the city of Melbourne, FL to represent the city's values and bring to life the different aspects of the city. The sculpture's medium is aluminum with dimensions of 20' high by 13' diameter finished with weather resistant paint. This sculpture was designed and created by international artist Harak Rubio.
Goals
The goal for this project was to pioneered the public art movement in the area and open doors for other artist to obtain commission public art projects such as this one.
Process
The collaboration process was extremely smooth and professional. With communication as one of the main priorities for all of our projects we have been able to achieve successful interactions with all the involved parties with minor to no discrepancies.
