Overview

The Ka-Bike-O-Scope is comprised mainly of a glass-encased canopy in which color wheels made from bicycle wheels are mounted. Users can rotate the color wheels using a stationary bicycle and hand crank producing dramatic kaleidoscope light effects on the ground illustrating the physics of light synthesis and filtration. Installation square footage is approximately 64 sq ft.
