Overview
Every 3 Years SLC commissions 15 Artists for the Flying Objects Project. Each Artist is to design a piece that can be displayed upon a 15 foot pole
Goals
Artists were given Liberty with their Designs but they must provide Certified Engineering for the piece.
Process
It only has to look like it is flying not be flight oriented, allowing for many diverse interpretations of Flying.

This is one of the best Programs any City could have. It attracts tourism, enhances the Arts community and provides the City with a collection of original regional and national artworks
