Overview
Shute Seeds is a circular array of seed pods that form a colorful projection mosaic onto the facade of the library building. I was inspired by the seed as a representation of planting, growth and community life in Hillsboro. The seed shapes work together as an elegant, symmetric pattern, with each seed positioned as an integral part of the overall makeup. Patterns on the seed surfaces will be designed with input from the local community, to include text and imagery.
