Overview
This shotgun shell covered steel structure is currently at The Norwalk Art Space, Norwalk, CT. It was created in 2021 and temporarily installed at Governors Island in New York City. The floor is mirror and caution tape hangs in the interior.The viewer can look in but not enter the interior. The idea of the piece is to start a conversation on guns and gun violence.
Goals
This piece is installed for several years along with other sculptures. The intention is to rotate sculptures every few years.
