Overview
Solo exhibition of canvas paintings in a 2000 square foot public gallery located on Tinker Street in Woodstock, NY.
Process
The artist designed a room of nine canvases that interacted with each other, creating an environment of a parallel world. Paintings were arranged in a manner that evoked narrative and structural associations between the pictures. Hung individually as well as in diptych and triptych groups, the action of each painting referenced those in its orbit, with each acting as a counterpoint for the entire system.
