This 24' x 24' window is located over the main entrance to the hospital. From inside it can be viewed from the Atrium and a waiting area on a balcony next to the window. The window when lit at night is a welcoming feature of the building to the community.

We aligned the custom steel & aluminum framing for the window with horizontal grooves in the architecture and a vertical notch in the buildings exterior. The colors also integrated with the interior design palette.

The director from the hospital wanted a cross depicted as it is also St. John Medical Center, the architect didn't. What resulted is a design where many don't see the cross, but if you look closely it is there.
