Overview
Abstract photography used as wallpaper in all the corridors of this Middle Eastern hotel……..a total of 550 square metres.
Goals
The designer at LW Design, Rachel Kidd, needed an impactful, minimal image that could be used large scale, and that had a visual reference to an important icon within Arabic culture……the Moon.
Process
Rachel Kidd at LW Design selected an image directly from Michael Banks' website, choosing an image from his "Luna" series, based on abstract photography of moonlight, and a color tone was added into the Black/White original. The photo was printed onto wallpaper by Muraspec.
