Overview
This memorial includes the two life size bronze sculptures, three bronze plaques commemorating fallen police officers and firefighter, as well as concrete pedestal and three curved concrete benches.
Goals
This project was part of a renovation happening at the police station in Cedar Park. In response to an RFP for public safety memorial to go in place of an old fountain, I proposed to sculpt a life size fire fighter and police officer. The entire memorial includes a pedestal with plaques in memory of two police officers and one fire fighter who had died in the line of duty in Cedar Park. There are 3 curved benches surrounding the memorial. It is an iconic landmark piece at the entrance to the police station.
