Overview
Portrait in my unique style. 36″ x 24″ acrylic on canvas. The person drawn in pencil and surrounded by white Gesso. The colors are painted over and transparently the white and canvas. The images reflect the child’s environment, his favorite foods, toys and subjects.
Goals
This was a commission by the grandmother of Madison. His age was chosen to be 2 years old as children are especially adorable at the age!
Process
I met with the parents and child. Photographed him in his environment and with all his favorite things.
