Overview
The Peace Walkway global monuments project is a U.N. endorsed global art installations in 100 locations of walkways of 200 bronze plaques, each a different peacemaker. Its APP is augmented and show each peacemakers BIO and interconnects all the locations world wide.
Goals
"Peace beyond borders & Bias" community and city wide unity, peace teaching, higher values, "Wiser cities", diversity for all within city.
Process
The project is available for all cities, and would be the locations responsibility to provide a location for the plaques, landscape archietcture and construction install. Thus we only supply the plaques and global APP. Plaques are custom made per location, language, and choices etc.
Additional Information
The Peace Walkway is a multi global peace award winning project, The United Nations, world peace day events in NYC 2016. It is endorsed by Major NYC art cricti, and to quote Landscape Architects Network publication: "This is the most powerful peace monument ever!". SEE The project: http://peacewalkway.org
