Overview
Four banners paintings, each 8 by 8 feet, were selected to hang on the main stage of the Omega Institute's Women and Power Conference at the Sheridan Hotel in New York City in 2004.
Goals
The goals were to have images of powerful women and goddesses to inspire and uplift the conference goers.
Process
The conference designer Chris LaBarca picked out the pieces and had them hung on the stage in order to give the hall more character and feel of being a place to celebrate women.
Additional Information
I was thrilling to have Eve Ensler, Jane Fonda and other powerful women speaking in front of my works.
