Overview
Textural three-dimensional fused glass and metal leaf sculpture. Overall measurements: 88″w x 40″h.
Goals
The Art Consultant contacted me to propose a nature-inspired wall sculpture for the cafeteria in the hospital. The sculpture needed to be three-dimensional, but not stick out from the wall more than four inches, as people would be walking close by it.
Process
I submitted several sketches, along with color ideas for the glass and metal. The client chose this option.
