Collaborating with artist Talley Fisher on the piece “Nature Experience,” our fabrication process begins by harnessing the versatility of rolled aluminum tubing, meticulously crafted and power-coated to perfection. Each arching branch and suspended cloud is expertly fashioned to mirror the organic forms of nature, ensuring a seamless blend of artistry and functionality. The durable yet lightweight material guarantees longevity and ease of installation, while the power-coated finish not only enhances visual appeal but also provides protection against the elements. With dimensions of 33′ L x 21′ W x 10′ H the installation creates an impactful presence in the space. Process

Our fabrication process began with shaping rolled aluminum tubing to match the artist's vision. We integrated perforated leaves provided by the client into the design. To facilitate installation, we engineered a custom mounting system. Each component was then powder coated to match the client's specified colors. This attention to detail ensured the final product met and exceeded expectations, blending artistry with functionality seamlessly.
