Overview

A thematic eatery that features the best of comfort food from different nations bordering the Mediterranean Sea. Modelled after high end All Day Dining restaurants.

Goals

To enhance the dining experience; to compliment the thematic approach and to provide preferred backdrops for photographs.

Process

The concept was generated by DPD as part of a “big picture”. This was translated into DPD presentation perspectives. The artwork consultant subsequently developed the design further with presentations to the owners and executed the works.

Additional Information

As the interiors were rich visually in terms of texture; patterns and colors, on top of the gaiety of food display, the artwork (giant capsicum and tomato; multiple mirrors in classical frames and 3-D murals etc)by their deliberate / strategic location provided pleasant surprises and discovery that made them more prominent and “potent”.
