Overview
48″ x 36″ | 2004 | Acrylic and pen
The concrete labyrinth of Manhattan. Buildings, columns, stairs and sharp geometric shapes form a labyrinth. Water and sky peak from the edges as the thread of energy winds through the city, tying everything together. At the end of this thread forms a bloom, a materialization of the spirit of the city, a bloom that fills the air with the fragrance of tomorrow with deep roots based in the past.
Goals
Private client wanted architectural artwork based on cityscape.
