This was a centerpiece light sculpture designed as part of a fashion industry themed development for Tunis. The idea was to create a stylish and attractive sculpture that would embody the idea of style and innovation. The project was designed just prior to the Arab Spring and sadly became a casualty of that political change.

My team masterplanned the entire development and created this work as the center of the plaza. I conceived this work as an interactive one. The stick elements would be in aluminum or carbon fiver and the lighted strips would be LED-based. Proximity sensors would detect the movement of people around the artwork and would react to their movement

Since my team was the designer of the overall project working with RTKL architects out of Washington DC and with ADIH, excellent developer based in the UAE, we managed to achieve a very closely integrated design, that used the skills of the team to their best.
