An illuminated mural powered by LED pixel-mapping and color theory, this public light installation is located in the 1501 Arch Street building and was commissioned by the First Judicial District of Philadelphia.
With light and color theory as the placemaking tools, Klip illuminates the windows and hallways stretching four floors, and transforms the building facade into a lively beacon of light in the heart of Philadelphia's Center City.
