Planters are approx. 40” tall
Commissioned by the NYC Dept. of Transportation and the Garment District Alliance in April 2018 for Car Free Earth Day on Broadway's pedestrian plaza in New York City. The flowers are crocheted with recycled plastic shopping bags, mostly collected from street litter removal.
