Overview

For the English landscape garden in Bex, Florian Graf created a piece in form of a gigantic chess board. The equalised or democratised game questions power structures and activates psychological moments of group organisation. It seems that everybody has to define the rules and his role as king or pawn or just take a chair and make a move off the playground into the park.
