Overview
This work is made of polyurethane resin and sits 12' by 18' and now lives at Seattle University.
Goals
The idea was to create an interesting sculpture using resin cubes in a secluded garden of the University. It can be appreciated both from the interior and exterior. The lighting changing colors is an integral part of the design, especially when it is dark.
Process
A donor wished to contribute one of my major works to the University. The idea of tumbling cubes resulted from a series of meetings with an art consultant.
Additional Information
An architect was hired to help design the foundation.
