Overview

This contemporary masterpiece underwent a massive transformation when these clients decided it was time to depart from their previously traditional aesthetic to something sleek and chic. Walls were removed, new ceilings were created and the final product proved to be quite a dramatic change.

Goals

Opting for pale grays and taupes, the color pallet remained muted so that the clients bold, contemporary art collection could draw the attention. The clients were early collectors of Jamali and met with him to select oiginal artwork for this project. The large, foyer abstract was commissioned by Vero, and helped to add drama to the entrance. .

Process

This project was a labor of love for the clients and they were involved in all aspects of the project. She had a clear idea of the look that she wanted, and encouraged me to solve construction challenges in the most creative ways possible. The clients love art and we worked together to select each piece. It was an amazing collaboration and every detail throughout was discussed and decided as a team.
