Overview
Series of art pieces as part of a refurbishment of Johnson Shut-ins State Park in southern Missouri
Goals
The project was storytelling and interpretation for a unique landscape and its history. Ten metal pieces and 4 in ground stone installations which include a geology spiral, a geologic map and a plaza which depicts the wildlife found in the park..
Process
Art deign, landscape design, interpretive design as well as heavy construction were all inter grated over a six month process.
