Overview
This is a 5000 square foot floor apartment in a 4-level high rise in Monterey. It was one of four homes Jacob Designs built and designed for this client; this apartment was for two girls who were going to college in the area. It has a loft style, as requested by all involved. Jacobs Design configure the space and built in the walls and rooms, and selected the art.
Goals
The goal was to create a very contemporary living space with simple colors, streamlined furnishings and great art.
Process
Jacobs Design controlled the full palette of a space and selected the art to fit a relatively small budget.
