Overview
We were asked to produce a sculptural piece based on the concept of aerospace and planes for this new hotel in Heston, London. The new building is located on an old aerodrome so the idea was a simple group of planes flying through the atrium as if flown from the surrounding balconies.
Goals
We need a simple visual link to the original use of the site and also a design which would be easy to install and access
Process
The interior designers - Garuda Design in Belfast had a clear idea of the kind of concept they required. We provided technical design work and manufacturing
Additional Information
An enjoyable, poetic and playful sculpture
