Overview

This Project consist of a 40 acre Sculpture Park Foundation with over 150 sculptures, sited in the landscape.I have been making sculpture for 45 years. One of my first public sculpture experiences was in 1972 sitting four sculptures at the Storm King Art Center in New York. Some of the work is for sale to support the Foundation.

Goals

In this public setting the viewer has a chance to interact with the work and seeing how the work has a dialogue with the landscape of rocks,native plants, trees and light.

Process

There is an on-going collaboration involving artist,artwork and environment.

Additional Information

The Kenneth Capps Foundation was established in 2011 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization to promote creative expression and learning in the fields of sculpture, drawing, design, ecology and the environment. A 40 acre sculpture park is devoted to artwork sited in a natural landscape located near Warner Springs, California.
