Overview
This 8 foot high bronze figure stands on a native rock examining a map of the land ahead of Olmsted.
Goals
To create an accurate portrait likeness and a landmark sculpture to honor the achievements of Frederick Law Olmsted on land with which he was familiar.
Process
Work created in clay and cast in bronze.
