Client: Illegal Pete's Restaurant

Overview

The mural was on the exterior walls of Illegal Pete’s restaurant in Denver Colorado. The mural shows plants and flowers that can be seen growing around the city.

Goals

The restaurant owner, avid lover of local Colorado flora, invited me to paint a mural on the walls of his restaurant. Because nature, flowers, and plants in particular, are my favorite topic of inspiration, I didn't need much encouragement to make the exterior of the restaurant bloom. The welcoming interior of the restaurant now matches the exterior, making the surrounding community safer and more peaceful.
