Overview
The project was a globe with letters laser cut from steel about 6 feet wide, surrounded by blown glass globes and wood fish.
Goals
The goals for this project was to introduce the students to the process of public art. The design was developed through the kids imagination. It let the students experience how it works; from ideas, design, to fabrication and installation.
Process
I worked with principal to educate the student and give them a chance to experience the process. The students helped paint the globe and the fish.
