Overview
EDC Caterpillar is a human-powered, rotating, projection-mapped sculpture. Total height with antennae is a little over 37 feet. A rotary encoder in the base sends digital rotation messages to a media server that is connected to 4 video projectors. Different looks are triggered by rotating the sculpture.
