Overview
This 3D projection mapped commission was created out of stained cedar wood for a client in San Fransisco.
Goals
The goal of this commission was to create a piece that enhanced the clients interior of his house with a thoughtful abstract design able to capture his professional life as a builder with his free spirited person life.
Process
I was contacted by interior designer Molie Malone to create a custom commission for her client David Mulligan. After meeting with the client at his home, an abstract sketch was design and full creative freedom was then granted by David for the space. After the completion of the physical work, the piece is then passed along to Donnie Mossman. Donnie was also given artistic freedom within the border of the piece to highlight and add animation following the ebbs and flows of piece.
