Overview

The Work is a wall installation, 2 meters x 3 meters of units of mirrored aluminum and red and blue dichroic-filmed acrylic panels. The assemblage utilizes stainless standard and custom fasteners. It interprets themes of ‘time space existence’ through geometric and spatial constructs grounded in the mathematical concepts of symmetry operations. It is generated on reflection about a datum line and the creation of a landscape along with a translated reflection. The nature of the dichroic film, the use of optics, and mobility of the piece responds to light, orientation and environmental change.
