Overview
This neighborhood sidewalk space is transformed into a chalkable surface for children. The ground mural defines a floral pattern that may be colored with sidewalk chalk.
Goals
The main goal for the project was to serve as a magnet for children and families in this residential neighborhood of Los Angeles. This oversized sidewalk was reinvigorated with a new purpose as a giant coloring chalkable surface for children.
