Overview
“Color Rhythms” is a series of site-specific three-dimensional paintings that were started in the spring of 2017, focusing on chromatic interaction and spatial relationships. Almost as a metaphor for Martha Graham's heritage in modern dance, the building of Bærum Kulturhus — designed by Snøhetta — presents an interesting departure from the straight line that engages and challenges our perception of space. My artwork presents a colorful and playful spatial painting made of colored acrylic glass, steel and vinyl that will create new shapes and color combinations during the course of time throughout the day.
