Overview
The collage of images woven together shows lots of stages of work on cars. Also, you may detect three panel groupings, one group with the outline of a 1956 Chevy Belair, another a Model T Ford, and the lower one a Corvette.
Goals
Including people was important for it to connect with the students, and I made sure to include a woman mechanic, and a mechanic of color. Also, a puppy dog in the boot of a car. Folks do bring their dogs to work, you know.
Additional Information
The tiles are birch with tints of the same color but varying in darkness, and the flame is pearwood.
