Overview
A lounge disguised as a botanical genie bottle. Inspired by the vineyards and sensual arabesque grape vines that surround the clients home in Napa Valley CA. The Client wanted a sensual gathering space to lounge with guests, and so it also holds a fully upholstered interior bed inside and is illuminated with amber LED light.
27′ tall 18′ diameter laser cut steel.
Goals
Goal: to create an other-worldly outdoor sculpture to entertain guests and lounge while over looking her vineyards in the Calistoga hills!
Process
Many pattern design revisions in a 3D model and an incredible fabrication job by CC Iron and PDM steel.
