Overview
This outdoor bronze and brass sculpture (6'x6'x6″) was commissioned by an activist in the DC area. She was looking for something that combined the intersections of discussion with the sharpness of constructive and disruptive dialog.
Goals
During the renovation, we worked with the architect and collector to ensure the sculpture was highlighted and reflected into the overall street view.
Process
The trust we developed with the client allowed for a relatively "hands off" approach to creation. I talked with Suzi about the feeling and intent of the piece. The discussions were not physical, but spiritual and intentional, and yielded a sculpture that suited her space, her believes, and her intentions.
