Goals

Saint Power adopts a bionic design in the shape of a rotating dandelion, serving as a new landmark of the Taiwan Power Company. The grass hills on the sides expand into a seed plaza that has just sprouted, hoping to connect with the imagination of nature for the public, creating a new space for a leisurely lifestyle.

Process

After a meticulous decade-long endeavor, the masterpiece was unveiled in 2020, coinciding with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in Taiwan. Its distinctive form, evocative of the virus, sparked conversations during the crisis and graced the cover of Taiwan's 2021 Public Art Yearbook, becoming the year's emblematic and commemorative work.
