Goals
The sculpture was commissioned for the lobby of Target corporate headquarters. The Eagle was chosen for its symbolic meaning as well as for the compositional aspect of lending itself to a tall sculpture that could fill the space.
Process
Artist fabricated all pieces, including subfloor mounting apparatus, in Los Angeles, transporting and assembling the work on site in Minneapolis.
